1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Auralis (the "Service"), operated by [COMPANY], you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Auralis lets you generate original, fictional AI music artists and their songs, cover art, and promotional copy, and to publish them to the channels (social platforms) you connect. The Service uses third-party AI providers; output quality and availability are not guaranteed.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and the activity under it. You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country) and provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits & payment

Generation consumes credits. Credits are sold in packages and are non-refundable except where required by law. Failed generations are credited back automatically. Prices may change with notice. Unused credits may expire per the plan terms.

5. AI-generated content

Artists, music, art, and text produced by the Service are AI-generated and fictional. They are designed to be original and must not imitate, copy, or impersonate real artists, songs, or people. You are responsible for the content you generate and publish, including ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights and that you disclose it as AI-generated where the destination platform or law requires (e.g. YouTube, Meta, TikTok synthetic-media policies).

6. Ownership & licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable third-party (AI provider) terms, you own the outputs you generate. You grant [COMPANY] a licence to host, process, and display your content as needed to operate the Service. We make no warranty that outputs are free of similarity to existing works.

7. Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party account (e.g. YouTube), you authorise the Service to act on your behalf within the granted scopes, and you agree to that platform's terms. You can disconnect at any time. We are not responsible for platform actions, takedowns, or policy changes.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to create infringing, deceptive, hateful, illegal, or harmful content, to impersonate real people, to spam platforms, or to abuse generation/credits. We may remove content and terminate accounts for violations.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY] is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
